Description:
In the Buelowstr. 90 building in 10783 Berlin, extensive renovation and renovation work will be carried out from July 2024 to the end of 2026.
The house is part of the closed block edge building from apartment buildings
the Buelowstrasse and was based on the basic type (front house - 2 side wings - cross building) in the
Construction of the Berlin apartment building around 1986/1897 built.
The building is not under monument protection and is a building in building class 5 in the sense of the Berlin building code.
All work takes place under an uninhabited state.
Type and scope of the services of the main work of this Notice:
Room and wood construction work (DIN 18334)
- Manufacture of room-forming components in the expansion, including wall and ceiling constructions
(Between ceiling).
Drywall work (DIN 18340)
- Manufacture of room -forming components in the expansion that are created in dry construction.
Wall work (DIN 18330)
- Manufacture and repair of supports in existing wall work including closure.
