Description:
Establishment of a DBS for the procurement of medicaments of the indication group antibiotics in different dosage forms.
The DBS takes place in two phases:
1. Establishment and management of a bidder pool
The DBS is set up for the duration in para. 1.2 and for the range of services antibiotics. The method is carried out exclusively electronically. The public client forms a bidder pool.
Each prospective customer can activate participation in the procedure at any time of the DBS and submit a participation request. In the Bidder pool, everyone is interested who meets the approval criteria published in the notice. He becomes a potential bidder and can submit an offer to the subsequent individual havenges.
The bidder pool is not size mixed. Each qualified participant is recorded in the bidder pool.
2. Offer phase
