The DBS takes place in two phases:
1.Setreat and administration of a bidders' pool
The DBS is set up for the duration in para. 1.2 and set up for the range of services medical devices. The method is carried out exclusively electronically. The public client forms a bidder pool. Each prospect may activate participation in the proceedings at any time of the DBS and submit a participation request. In the bidders pool, everyone is interested who meets the approval criteria published in the notice. He will thus become a potential tenderer and can submit an offer to the subsequent individual havenges. The bidder pool is not sizes. Each qualified participant is included in the bidder pool.
