Establishment of a dynamic procurement system (DBS)
The DBS takes place in two phases:
1.Setreat and administration of a bidders' pool
The DBS is set up for the duration mentioned in para. 1.2 and for the range of services medical devices. The method is carried out exclusively electronically. The public client forms a bidder pool. Ever interested party can activate participation in the proceedings at any time of the DBS and submit a participation request. In the Bidder pool, everyone is interested who meets the approval criteria published in the notice. He will thus become a potential bidder and can submit an offer to the subsequent individual havenges. The bidder pool is not sizes. Each qualified participant is recorded in the bidder pool.
2nd bottery The concrete procurements are carried out as required by the contracting authority within the framework of the offer phase in the form of individual shares.
