Description:
As part of the aforementioned construction measure to the construction of the e-bus
charging infrastructure, it is necessary to build a company building in the
bus bypass on the nordring corner of Tannenbergallee in the area of the arrival and departure stop of line 128.
The company building serves to set upTrafos, the
DC, telecommunications and charging technology and includes
sanitary facilities (for the staff of the UeSTRA). The enclosed
execution planning includes the pure structure and the factory -side electrical installation (grounding, etc.) as well as the
upstream greening construction,which serves as an additional facade. The technical equipment and establishment of the building is part of the planning of the enclosed trades that are not part of this LVS
. This shouldConstruction time can be reduced to a minimum. The structure receives a facade in exposed concrete look.
The content of this LVS includes:
- The manufacture, deliver and assemble the concrete-finished parts room cells including expansion
- upstream greening construction
maintenance contract over 4 years
