• Description:
• The municipality of Nonnweiler is planning to redesign the drinking water supply system of the Nonnweiler municipal waterworks. The subject of this tender is the laying of new drinking water pipes, the construction of a pressure boosting system, the Laying of combined sewers and the conversion of wells I and II in the Nonnweiler district of Primstal. The award unit VE01 Earthworks, pipeline construction, sewer construction, electrical/MSR technology essentially includes the following construction work: - Approx. 300 m³ Asphalt demolition - Approx. 10,000 m³ trench excavation - Approx. 7,000 m TW pipe laying DN 200 to DN 300, PN 40 - Approx. 90 m sewer construction DN 400 - Approx. 400 m liner renovation DN 400 - pressure booster system, well renovation, elevated tank connections - delivery and laying of 7400 m energy fork NAYY-J 5x185mm² - delivery and laying of 6000 m of micro pipe bundles - delivery and installation of a compact station / transformer station (630 kVA) - delivery and installation of two stationary emergency generators - delivery and installation of one PV system (approx. 44 kWp) - Delivery and assembly of low-voltage distributions (approx. 12 control cabinets to control the pumps via frequency converters) - Delivery and assembly of the system measurement technology - Realization of the system cabling - Realization of the PLC system automation - connection of the PLC system automation to the existing process control system - implementation of bidirectional data transfer between the process and control technology - delivery and assembly of the electrical installation - dismantling of the Existing system - documentation and commissioning Underground work other than tunnels, shafts and subways (CPV code: 45221250)
