Description:
The Rhoen-Grabfeld district is planning the ecological renovation of the school campus in Bad Koenigshofen i. Gr. .
The aim of the project is to sustainably upgrade the area and address the challenges of climate change through unsealing and plant-based transformation to adapt. The area should be designed in such a way that in the future it can be included in lessons beyond school sports and that the public, especially the active clubs in the region, are invited to use it.
It is planned to divide the total area into five to divide usage-oriented planning areas.
The costs for outdoor facilities and open spaces are provisionally estimated at approximately €4.75 million gross.
