  • In recent years, various studies have been carried out on the topic of costs and benefits of energy efficiency measures (including Grafe et al (2025), Rau et al. (2024), Pickert et al. The expert report (SVG) “Effectiveness of energy efficiency measures in the building sector” (“Eco-EnEff”) is intended to focus on particular issues Focus on cost-effective measures and also consider low-threshold efficiency measures.
