Description:
With the model projects "Pillar 2 of the German Professional School (GPS)" initiated by the Thuringian Ministry of Economics, Science and Digital Society in 2024, a contribution is to be made in order to make up for trainees and specialists in the Thuringian economy by young people Thrust third countries and at the same time further strengthen the high-quality German training and vocational school system.
With a holistic approach through an institutionally accompanied and state-legitimized training program, the model project aims to accompany and regret people from third countries from the application in the third country until the training occurs in Germany.
It is sustainable because it strengthens the skills of people from third countries through qualification and provides competent workers for the Thuringian companies.
