- With the purchase of external and experienced assessors in relation to the model of EFQM, external assessments (external ratings) in 15 selected departments of the BA will be carried out in the regions from October 2025. The external assessors are Equipped, experienced and authorized in the assessment and evaluation of organizations based on the EFQM model 2025. The external evaluations are carried out by an assessor team that consists of 3 experienced external assessors. As a leadassessor, one of the external assessors acts (Representative in the contractor). After the hitchhiking division, a possible accompaniment of the external assessors can be coordinated by BA-internal assessors. The external evaluation must be carried out in German! The external evaluations (external assessments) are on to carry out the respective locations of the 15 selected subordinate agencies/organizational units of the BA as a presence event (locations: Agencies for Work in the respective district of regional directors). Requirements for the service provider: implementation of the 15 external ratings (External assessments) using the dimensions and criteria described by the EFQM in your model for a sustainable powerful organization with experienced assessors. • An external assessor acts as a leadassessor. • In a maximum three-day on-site visit, this collects Assessor team Information in order to get an independent picture of every aspect of the organization's performance. • The assessors give comprehensive feedback. This includes a documentation that a rating profile with strengths and potentials based on the individual results the organization includes.
