Description:
The state of Saxony-Anhalt provides its universities from the European Fund for Regional Development (EFRE) to promote research and innovation. In this context, the creation of a cost preliminary registration (KVM) building for the new construction measure is in the ERRE funding period 2021-2027"Bio Channel and Clinical Research". As part of the preparatory measures for the "new Biobank and Clinical Research" measures, the building clearance is to be carried out. This includes in particular the demolition of building 30 and the associated services, includingCreation of a pollutant examination, a demolition and disposal concept including setting up the list of services, the professional disposal of the materials. The full areas of responsibility are the respective performance levels, in Appendix 1.5 "Honorary offerBuilding free ", to be removed. Building 30 of the Magdeburg University Hospital is located on the campus at Leipziger Strasse 44 and was most recently used as a central animal laboratory. Until its conversion to the animal laboratory, the building served as an animal stable.1964 granted. Building 30 is one -storey and not lower cellar and has a base area of 768 m2 and a gross space content of 2,869 m³. The building is no longer in use, loose furniture is cleared, reusable solid furniture has been dismantled, the media are not yetseparated. The entire area is designated as a suspect of ordnance. Concerns of monument protection law are not to be taken into account. The CAD/ CAFM specification of the state company BLSA does not apply.
