Eichsfeld Klinikum gGmbH plans to build the new Central Clinic Eichsfeld in Heiligenstadt including a total campus planning. An outpatient and a parking garage should be built and operated or rented out on the entire campus.
Eichsfeld Klinikum gGmbH - Investor selection procedure at the conclusion of a leasehold contract for the establishment of an outpatient / parking garage on the clinic campus
(1) The Eichsfeld Klinikum gGmbH plans to build the new Central Clinic Eichsfeld in Heiligenstadt including a total campus planning with the following peripheral buildings: - Doctors' house / MVZ - Social Pediatric Center (SPZ) - Connection / Street - Reserved area Parkhaus - School - Reserved area Research Center For the implementation of the project, Eichsfeld Klinikum gGmbH has awarded the necessary project management and general planning services. (2) An outpatient and a parking garage should also be built on the entire campus by an investor. The completion and commissioning must take place by 12/2018.
