Description:
The subject of the planning task described here should be the planning services in the area of near-surface geothermal energy in service phases 1 to 4 according to AHO publication no. 26 and the TGA planning of service phases 1 to 4 according to § 53 ff. HOAI. Commissioning the planning services takes place gradually in accordance with point 1.5.1. 1.5.1 Planning services in the area of near-surface geothermal energy in service phases 1 to 4 according to AHO publication no. 26. The service content should be all basic services of the individual service phases according to 1.2 of AHO publication no. 26. On basis According to AHO publication No. 26, this measure is assigned to fee zone II. It is intended to carry out a step-by-step commissioning: - Stage 1: Service phases 1 to 3 - Stage 2: Service phases 4 1.5.2 TGA planning services in service phases 1 to 4 according to § 53 ff. HOAI service content All basic services of the individual service phases should be HOAI in accordance with Appendix 15 (to Section 55 Paragraph 3, Section 56 Paragraph 3). Based on Appendix 15 HOAI, this measure is assigned to fee zone III. It is intended to carry out a step-by-step commissioning: - Stage 1: Service phases 1 to 3 according to § 53 HOAI - Stage 2: Service phases 4 according to § 53 HOAI 1.5.3 Special services The following special services must be provided for planning: For stage 1: - Determination and evaluation of parameters (through test drilling with tests of soil and groundwater samples, Geophysics) - Creation of a concept for a measurement program for the operational optimization/regulation of the geothermal system - Participation in the creation of a ZBau document in accordance with the regulations and specifications of the construction supplementary regulations to the administrative regulations to § 44 LHO of the state Saxony-Anhalt For stage 2 - Preparation for building permit planning - Submitting the application under water law and mining law (power of attorney m...
