Description:
A student residence is to be built for the client, the Studentenwerke Karlsruhe, at Rintheimer Querallee 2, 76131 Karlsruhe. The student residence will consist of an existing building or a new building and will be located on the KIT Campus East. This publication applies to all B electrical workestandsbaus to the cost groups 440 and 450.
Main measure: The property will receive a completely new electrical system, which is composed as follows: - Main power distribution with 1x low-voltage main distributor 4x main distributor for general areas 31x sub-distributor for living areas - Electrical installationations consisting of cable systems, off, changeover, cross switches or motion detectors Sockets (single, double, triple, CEE) Fixed connection sockets RJ45 outlet sockets Bell buttons Smoke alarms - Lighting system in energy-efficient LED technology - Security lighting system as a singlel battery system - Lightning protection system with lightning protection class III - Telecommunications system - Bell and door intercom system with three door stations and 33 intercoms Additional measure: As an additional measure, work on the expanded earthing system will be tendered.
