Description:
The Markische Museum is renovated as a necessary measure due to the structural condition in interaction with the neighboring marine house. Both properties are subject to future use by the Stadtmuseum Berlin Foundation. The property receives a complete reinstallation all electrical systems. The facade of the building and the building stone are listed. The aim is to enable a modern museum operation with extensive media presence. In addition to the general power plants, a safety lighting system is built with escape path steering. 3 area distributors of the general power supply are arranged each floor. In the same sense, the safety lighting is set up as a decentralized system with LPS systems. Furthermore, a KNX bus system for the lighting circuit in traffic route and Sanitary areas, as well as for the central shutdown of plug -in devices.
