at the Hohen Wangelin location is used by the State Research Institute for Agriculture andFishing MV a pilot plant for the development of commercial pikeperch production. The aim of the project is to set up a commercial pikeperch culture in location-independent rearing systems in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, especially the provision of large amounts of vital sentence zander.An essential component is the cooling chambers, which serve to simulate seasons to move the parent animals as a seasonally. Various seasons must be simulated for the extraordal increase of the pikeperch in completed systems. The individual parametersWithin the seasons, it must be accurately adjustable and constantly monitored. With minimal deviation of the temperature, for example, an irreparable undesirable development in vitellogenesis and choriogenesis of the oozytes can be initiated.
