Description of services for electrical work: Stadtwerke Achim AG is planning a single-storey new building as an extension for the warehouse and workshop building at Gaswerkstrasse 7 in 28832 Achim. The new building (construction phase 2) is approx. 55.60m long in a north/south orientation and approx. 12.00m wide. The The storage area is divided into high- and heavy-duty rack storage as well as a single-level small parts warehouse. In the southern part of the building there is a technology and training room and a training workshop. Design and construction The roof is sloped on two sides and has two heights, to generate the necessary room height for the stored goods. The roof form is constructed using steel columns and beams. The roof skin consists of a sandwich panel, partly with a photovoltaic system. Wall building panels are used as the outer wall and are placed on a star base. The base runs Head north up a staircase like a staircase to follow the rising terrain. All interior rooms are massively separated with sand-lime brick walls. Strip foundations with a WU sole are planned as foundations. Technical equipment The electrical equipment includes a main building distribution, Laying systems such as cable routes, underfloor and parapet ducts as well as collecting brackets, lighting including control elements and network technology.
