- Scope of the service with maintenance: Renovation of sub-areas HFM Palais 4 EG 2.BA, renovation of climbing areas in the entire building, safety lighting, conversion of central RWA to decentralized compact systems, structured data cabling with fiber optic ring structure and decentralized distribution locations. Renewal of lighting in the hall. Dismantling services and exploration of terminal device connections. # - Safety lighting with control center with E30 housing and sub-control center with E30 housing - approx. 110 escape sign and safety lights - Main distribution - Disabled call system - approx. 3300 m of cables and lines - 3 RWA compact control panels with connection to existing drives - Structured building cabling with 1 floor-standing cabinet, 9 wall distributors, approx. 400 m LWL, approx. 100 data connection sockets, approx. 1400 m Data cable - approx. 80 lights - maintenance contract # Several main offers are permitted, whereby each main offer must be eligible for the contract on its own. All main offers that cannot be awarded on their own will be removed from the procurement process excluded. The award criterion for evaluating the main and, if applicable, secondary offers is the price. The price is determined from the evaluation total of the offer.
