- Electrical installation, fire alarm system: # Cost group 440 - electrical installation: - Renew 1x field distributor for general and sanitary areas - Renew switching and plug-in devices for four sanitary areas (public/staff). - approx. 1,050 m PVC jacketed cable NYM size 3x 2.5mm² - 2 call set for disabled toilet facilities - 135 pieces of LED downlight for ceilings Cost group 450 - Communication, security and information technology system: - Renewal of the fire alarm control panel - about 400 pieces renewal of all Smoke detector - Approx. 1,000 m extension of the fire alarm line J-H(St)H 2 x 2 x 0.8 # Bidders must submit the following evidence with the offer: - Certification according to DIN 14675 - Installer recognition for the system offered # There are several Main offers are permitted, whereby each main offer must be eligible for acceptance on its own. All main offers that cannot be awarded on their own will be excluded from the award process. The award criteria for the evaluation of the main and If applicable, additional offers are the price. The price is determined from the evaluation total of the offer. The evaluation amounts are determined from the recalculated offer amounts, in particular taking into account discounts and reimbursement amounts from the Wage escalation clause, maintenance offers.
