Description:
The planning task includes the addition of new building between the Moerike building and the Pestalozzi School. The new building is to be set as a wooden construction, preferably with prefabricated elements and wood-concrete composite ceilings, in accordance with the energy conductor. The room programFor the new building, a usable area of approx. 2,760 m2. The gross floor area for the expansion is approx. 2,950 m2 and the gross space content approx. 11,830 m3. It is the parcel 2219/2. The property area to be processed is approximately 3,110 m2. The previous roughCost determination for the construction measure results in EUR 10 million gross for the KG 300-400. The start of the planning should take place as possible immediately after commissioning. Construction will start at the end of 2026. The completion is planned for 2028.
