Brief description of the overall measure:
The building ensemble is edited in two construction phases in the course of the construction project.
Construction phase 1 Form the lower cellar front house with a small 1-storey cultivation in the courtyard and in the southwest, along the left property border, lying side wings with a high basement.
Construction phase 2 connects to the side wing on the courtyard side and exists three coherent brick industrial buildings.
The In the inner courtyard extends accordingly along the left side wing over the adjacent coache and ends on the property border. On the right side, the courtyard is bordered by the fire walls of the neighboring buildings and a border wall.
2nd type and scope of the services electrical systems
KGR 440 strong current systems
The complete electrical system of the building is dismantled and renewed.
The house connection is moved to the neighboring room (Har2 Cellar).
The low -voltage switchgear are renewed according to DIN VDE 0100, DIN 18015 and Tab. A new main distribution in the HAR2 is provided star -shaped Three meter centralization for apartments and businesses, as well as converter measurements for house all-community electricity, the cafe and the carpentry/workshop.
