- The new utility technology building VTII is to be built at the Helmholtz Center Berlin for Materials and Energy GmbH in Berlin Adlershof. In the building, the electrical installations from the low-voltage main distribution boards and the IT/ network technology. This includes the following scope: • 16 sub-distributions • 3 UPS systems • Photovoltaics up to 5 kW • Approx. 19 km of cabling • Approx. 900 m of cable support systems indoors and outdoors • Approx. 8 km of duct/pipe installations indoors and outdoors • Approx. 355 installation devices • Controls for 2 sun protection systems • Approx. 210 lights for general indoor and outdoor lighting • Insect-friendly control of outdoor lighting • Approx. 100 lights for indoor and outdoor security lighting Outdoor area • Approx. 3.5 km of potential equalization lines with approx. 100 connection installations (PAS, earthing terminals) • 4 pieces of 19“ IT cabinet with patch panels • approx. 150 Cat 6A data ports • approx. 85 data connection sockets • approx. 3,350 m Kat7A cable • approx. 690 m Fiber optic universal cable • approx. 270 m fiber optic outdoor cable • approx. 280 m outdoor installation cable • Installation systems: - approx. 800 m empty pipe, - approx. 100 m cable route, - approx. 800 m electrical installation duct, • 5 door intercoms • Approx with media converter from fiber optic to cat Electrical wiring and fitting work (CPV code: 45311000)
