- Electrical work - expansion of the OGS Fehlerweg in Langenfeld Construction performance Electrical engineering Power systems - Own power supply: o Installation of a photovoltaic system with approx. 107 modules on the roof, including substructure and approx. 2 inverters. - Switchgear: o Construction of a building main distribution box (GHV) o 4 sub-distributors - Laying systems: o Installation of approx. 100 m cable ladders/troughs o approx. 600 m of plastic armored pipe for cable routing. - Wiring: o Laying of approx. 10,000 m halogen-free cables (NHXMH) - Lighting: o Delivery and installation of approx. 300 LED lights (including 125 surface lights and approx. 70 downlights) o approx. 85 safety and escape sign lights including one Central battery system. Low-voltage systems - Data network: o Building a 19-inch network cabinet with approx. 160 Cat.6A ports o approx. 3,500 m Cat.7 data cable. o Connection to the existing building via fiber optic cable (approx. 135 m) - Electroacoustics (ELA): o Installation of approximately 60 Loudspeakers (wall/ceiling/funnel) including central amplifier technology. - Safety technology: o Installation of a nurse call system and RWA controls. o Building automation - MSR cabling: o Additional relocation of approx. 5,500 m of control and Installation cables specifically for building automation field devices.
