Description:
Disassembly of the inventory installation in the 18 patient rooms and a lounge as well as delivering and assembling the new electrical installation in the same rooms as well as in the connecting hallway. The electrical engineering planning and implementation measures are based on the requirements of the cost group 440 of the HOAI, while preparatory work for telecommunications, information and security technology in accordance with cost group 450 are taken into account.

The patient rooms to be redesigned in this project section are located in the Clinic Lauf location (Nuremberg Land), Haupthaus, Station 3 on the 3rd floor of the building. You can find addresses in this list of services under the item "Addresses and contacts". The station consists of a total of 18 patient rooms, a lounge and four connecting corridors. The functional adjoining rooms This station is not renovated/rebuilt. In this project section, all 18 patient rooms, 1 lounge and the entire hallway are renovated. According to the enclosed construction period, this project section is carried out in 2 construction phases in ongoing hospital operation.
For both construction phases If a scaffold tower with stairs and a construction site elevator for material transport is created on the outside of the building.
