The subject of the award is the electricity delivery for acceptance points of the Lake Constance district and the Ritz Regional Innovation and Technology Zentrum GmbH. These are two tact -up units for which a separate electricity delivery contract is concluded. Because of the organizational connection The Ritz Regional Innovation and Technology Zentrum GmbH to the Bodenseekreis is only awarded one lot.
The entire need for electrical energy for the named acceptance points must be delivered, provided that this is not covered by its own generation plants.

Due to the organizational connection of the Ritz Regional Innovation and Technology Zentrum GmbH to the Bodenseekreis, only one lot is awarded.
