- The subject of this award procedure is all planning and monitoring services of the technical equipment in accordance with Part 4 Section 2 HOAI 2021 for plant groups 1 to 8, which are required to have a future-oriented 4-way all-day primary school based on the latest pedagogical conceptsTo plan and implement it. Increasing number of students and the need for efficient all-day care require a new concept of the elementary school school location Marpingen, including outdoor facilities, development, traffic and parking areas.
For the new building, certification is afterthe criteria of the German Society for Sustainable Building (DGNB).
Basic studies on the location and the space and space requirements were already carried out in advance.
In an urban development study from 2019, the further development of the educational and sports campus wasexamined. The proposed development concept provides for the construction of a new primary school in the western campus area.
In the first quarter of 2021, an in -depth feasibility study was created for the construction of a new future school at the above -mentioned location. The space andArea needs for a 3-day primary school, open spaces, development areas, schoolyard and parking spaces and a design concept for primary school were developed.
