Cleaning
Elementary school Poelling, Sonnenstrasse 17, Neumarkt i.d.opf.
The city of Neumarkt i.d.opf awards cleaning services for the Poelling primary school, Sonnenstrasse 17, 92318 Neumarkt i.d.opf, from January 1st, 2026.
The contract is limited to 4 years, but can be twice be extended for a year. The trial period is 6 months.
In addition to ongoing maintenance cleaning (daily from Monday to Friday), special cleaning, such as windows (2 times a year) and basic cleaning (1 x a year), are accessed.
For this building we assume 190 cleaning days annually.
The Cleaning floor area is approx. 2,543.97 sqm
Calculated for the year, there is an annual cleaning area of around 344,867.94 sqm (summer and winter operation: adapted cleaning frequency to the weather).
The companies involved must be the defined performance of the performance measurements during the calculation retain.
This minimum level of hours only refers to ongoing maintenance cleaning.
Viewing dates are possible in the period from July 14, 2025 up to and including 25.07.2025 (see tender documents).
