Description:
The Charite - University Medical Center Berlin, Augustenburger Platz 1, 13353 Berlin, intends to build a forward -looking new building for the German Heart Center of the Charite (DHZC) in the southwestern area of the Virchow Clinic (CVK) campus). In the planned new building, the headquarters areSterile goods supply (ZSVA) and the central emergency room (ZNA). A helipad is built on the roof of the building. The following trades are the subject of the tender: (1) Establishment and the operation of the construction lifts for construction site logistics. (2) Construction of theElevation systems for patient, bed and goods transport within the building. Including the installation of the necessary, raw -building -relevant installation parts for the later elevator shafts. (3) Further services are advertised as an option for the later operation of the funding systems.More details, see performance description. The execution is maintained with the maintenance of the hospital operations on the Virchow Clinic (CVK) campus.
