- The city of Karlsruhe is commissioning a third party (contractor, hereinafter referred to as an on) with the elimination of oil traces or comparable operating substances and other contaminants in accordance with the existing current guidelines and legal requirements on traffic areas in the urban area of Karlsruhe. This does not apply to federal highways. The service to be performed in full cleaning and immediate restoration of the safe usability of the contaminated traffic area and other areas affected by the accident in the mechanical Wet cleaning processes at least according to the applicable legal provisions, the generally recognized rules of technology and according to the DWA-M 715 leaflet, the German Association for Water Management, Wastewater and Waste.
