Pollutant renovation, gutting of a former cinema/ sports hall building as well as pollutant renovation, gutting and demolition of the extension arranged southeast of the building; Year of construction in early 1950s, building dimensions approx. 85.34 m x22.47 m (former sports hall with cinema) and approx. 53.44 m x 12.07 m (cultivation) to break off approx. 608 m2 (2,800 m³) cultivation building in solid construction with pitch/ inclined roof construction made of wooden structure with multi-layer plastic sealing and a bituminous sealing system.
