Description:
The Main-Taunus district intends to build a new building as a cafeteria and childcare facility for the Marxheim elementary school. The entire new building is based on the previous heights and cubatures and fits into the village character and the surrounding historical environment of the Marxheimers old town. The four new gable roof buildings will be connected to each other with a single-story flat roof building as the ground floor and with a basement and underground courtyards. The new building will be constructed using a hybrid construction method using solid and wooden components. Building class: 3 (special construction). Projectiles: 1.5 Full floors, basement. Construction: reinforced concrete, KS masonry and timber frame construction. Dimensions W x L x H: 25.36 m x 35.74 m x 9.12 m (ridge height).
