Tender for the temporary employment of a welder m/f/d (optional 2 welding) according to the service description
Temporary workers welding (m/f/d)
area of responsibility:
- high-precision assembly and disassembly of W7-X Individual components according to
Quality testing and manufacturing plan (QAAP)Under clean room conditions
- assembly and welding activities of components in the plasma stance (KIP)
- adaptation work between different W7-X individual components and
pipeline runs according to isometric requirements on site
- converting work (chinless and chip) such as bending and adjustingfrom sheets,
pipes, brackets and fits
- welding seam preparation work also under clean room conditions
- Working in welding qualifications
- Presentation and welding of pipelines, brackets, welding groups, load-bearing
structural elements in prefabrication or directly onExperiment W7-X
- Used welding materials Austenitic steels (material group FM5), less often al
or Cu, with wall thicknesses from 1mm
- welding process: WIG, inner/outer orbital welding, bolt welding (lace and
lifting ignition) and puncture processes with given WPS
- exchange of exchangeAggregates and their auxiliary devices
- carry out smaller armor and conversion work
- participation in maintaining operating and system security, order and cleanliness as well as in the case of internal and outside transport tasks
