Description:
The Techniker Krankenkasse (TK) and the Hanseatic health insurance (HEK) intend to conclude contracts according to § 127 Paragraph 1 SGB V on the care of the TK and HEK insured with Encasings PG 88.
In this context, the TK is the contact person and authorized, all legal transactions, declarations and actions for the HEK, which are necessary to implement contracts in accordance with Section 127 (1) SGB V for the implementation of contracts.
The contracts include the delivery of:
