Description:
The town hall in Meitingen, built in 1980, will be renovated. The renovation work includes the facade, the roof and the technical building equipment. Components that remain worth preserving remain. The library is converted into office space. The former caretaker apartment and the public disabled toilet are not being renovated because these have already been modernized. These rooms are integrated to the new electric system.
The building is fed with a groundwater heat pump for heat supply via a PV system, with ventilation devices and with a new sanitary facility. The complete Lamps are converted to LED and the electrics are brought to the latest technical standard.
