Description:
The artist: Interior Bremen is a mixed art and cultural center. Large parts of the building are used as an artist studio, but there are also various workshops, studios, offices and a restaurant in the building. The building was in several construction phases between 1946 and built in 1956 and initially used as a factory, warehouse and office of the Gewuerzmuehle Runkel + freshness. From 1989 the building was rebuilt and from 1992 in the form of the artist that still existed today: interior house. The house has been maintained again and again in recent years. The heated The usable area is approx. 2,456 m2. The construction costs (KG 300+400) amount to an initial cost acceptance to approx. EUR 1.63 million net. Promotion from ERRE agent is sought. Corresponding billing modalities must be taken into account. The renovation must be carried out during operation.
