Description:
The Maifeld community would like to basic and energetically renovate the elementary and all-day school "St. Martin" in Ochtung, Raiffeisenplatz 5, 56299. The energetic renovation includes the comprehensive measures to improve energy efficiency and sustainability of the building. Goal is It is better to achieve the standard at least one KfW-55, better of a KFW40 efficiency house and to significantly reduce energy consumption and operating costs. Capture the IBW -FRE funded measures: - facade / external wall insulation, insulation roof / top floor ceiling, - insulation floor slab / The basement ceiling / basement walls - Exchange of windows / exterior doors / post -bar facades, - Building -integrated summer thermal insulation, - building automation / control and control (GLT obligation) and - ventilation system with heat recovery - heat generation systems based on renewable energies. Goal The measure is to reduce the primary energy requirement of the building to less than 30 kWh/m2 per year, and the heating energy requirement to less than 15 kWh/m2 per year. The school is to be fully supplied with renewable energies. The renovation must be planned in such a way that school operations during the construction phase can be continued largely undisturbed.
