- The Maifeld community wants to basic renovation the "Cusanus School" in Muenstermaifeld, Cusanusstrasse 1, 56294 Muenstermaifeld. The energetic renovation includes the comprehensive measures to improve energy efficiency and sustainability of the building. The aim is to To achieve at least one KfW-55, better to achieve a KFW40 efficiency house and to significantly reduce energy consumption and operating costs. Capture the IBW -FRE funded measures: - Facade / external wall insulation, insulation roof / top floor ceiling, - Exchange window / outer doors / Post -bar facades, building -integrated summer heat protection, - building automation / control and control and ventilation system with heat recovery - heat generation systems based on renewable energies. The aim of the measure is to the primary energy requirement of the building at less than 30 kWh/m2 to lower per year and the heating energy requirement to less than 15 kWh/m2 per year. The school is to be fully supplied with renewable energies. The renovation must be planned in such a way that school operations can be continued largely undisturbed during the construction phase. Larmintive works should are laid in the holiday periods. Security measures have to ensure a clear separation between construction site and school areas.
