The Koblenzer Wohnungsbaugesellschaft mbH plans the energetic renovation of the residential building at Fritz-Michel-Strasse 14 in 56070 Koblenz including the new manufacture of an elevator system. The elevator serves to manufacture a barrier -low development of the apartments. The building with 10 residential unitswas created in solid construction in 1968. The 909m2 living space is spread out as a two-hedged floor plan on 5 completely over soil residential floors. Storage rooms are located in the lower cellar with a height of 2.0m. There are currently no used dry rooms in the attic. AFlach roof closes the cubic design. The client reserves a higher energyStandard according to KfW 55 or KfW 40 EE. The costs and necessary measures of the respective upgrading must be examined as part of the planning process. The implementation is decided on this basis. Different variants of an energetic renovation of the buildingwere examined. The results are made available. On this basis, it was decided that a thermal insulation composite system on facades, an exchange of the windows, a new insulated flat roof structure and a basement cover insulation should be planned.
