Description:
The Hafenhaus Zoll in the Bremen Ueberseestadt is a mixed office and administration building and is to be renovated energetically. It was reached in 1989. In 2005 the former BLG building was rebuilt for the customs office and other office units, but none were carried out energetic renovation measures. The building is not basement and has five floors. The rooms are mostly neither air -conditioned nor equipped with a ventilation system. The outer wall was made of 2-shell masonry and is in the original state. The Heated usable space is 3,141 m2. The building, which was built in 1989, is mainly in terms of origin. According to the minimum thermal insulation according to the building age (2nd thermal insulation regulation), the building is at a medium energetic level, which also determined the determined Confirm consumption values.
