Description:
The Hafenhaus Zoll in the Bremen Überseestadt is a mixed office and administration building and is to be renovated energetically. It was reached in 1989. In 2005, the former BLG building was converted for the customs office and other office units, but no energetic renovation measures were carried out. The building is not basement and has five floors. The rooms are mostly neither air -conditioned nor equipped with a ventilation system. The outer wall was made of 2-shell masonry and is in the original state. The heated usable area is 3,141 m². The building, which was built in 1989, is mainly in terms of origin. In accordance with the minimum heat protection according to the building age (2nd thermal insulation regulation), the building is at a medium energetic level, which also confirm the determined consumption values. The construction costs (KG 300+400) amount to an initial cost acceptance to approx. EUR 2.5 million net. Promotion from ERRE agent is sought.
