Energy renovation of Nussdorf primary school - planning of buildings/technical equipment
The stately building, built in 1878/79 in the classicist style and measuring approximately 16.50 x 25.00 m, is two-story and full basement. The building is a listed building and is listed in the list of monuments as an individual monument "School, hipped roof building, predominantly late classicist, dated 1878".
The building's interior was last modified in the 1970s/1980s; the ground floor was converted into a library, school hall and... Teachers' room created. There are four classrooms on the upper floor. The undeveloped attic is used as storage. In the northern part of the basement there are storage rooms, a boiler room and a computer room for the students. The southern part is not part of the measure.
As part of the renovation the windows replaced. In 2007/08 the roof was re-covered and the top floor ceiling was insulated.
The fundamental energy renovation will represent the city's contribution to a climate-neutral building stock by 2050. As part of this, a new heating system (brine-water heat pump with geothermal probes in the schoolyard). The basement is to be insulated with various measures. The upper floors are to receive internal insulation and the existing wooden windows are to be replaced.
