- The district of Nienburg/ Weser plans to build a new fire brigade center (FTZ) in the Lemke industrial area, Marklohe. It is a replacement for the existing FTZ in Verdener Landstrasse in Nienburg.
The spatial program comprises approx. 8,200 m2 of usable areas and as well asapprox. 9,140 m2 outdoor areas- movement and practice areas. An approx. 3.4 hectares of construction are available for this.500),
- 1,063 m³ of rigola structures including control shafts,
- 7 rainwater treatment systems plus 4 filter shafts,
- slide shaft, special water tank, retention basin made of concrete,
- 265 m drinking water pipe including hydrants,
