Engineering measurement according to Annex 1 number 1.4 to § 3 paragraph 1 HOAI, Project:
Berlin, Scharnhorststrasse 13, Bundeswehr Hospital - New Building Psychotrauma Center, the commissioning of the engineering measurement services for the construction project Psychotrauma Center with accommodation onBundeswehr Hospital Berlin, Scharnhorststrasse 13, 10115 Berlin. With the construction work, the sub -areas of Clinic VI Psychiatry and Psychotherapy and the Research Section VI B for scientific support are to be brought together to a location and compensated for existing area deficitsbecome. In addition, 150 accommodation capacities for soldiers are created. The four -storey new building design is based on two buildings with farms that are connected to each other via a common basement. The built -up area (BF) is approx. 2,860 m2 at a GFGFof approx. 14,000 m2 and a gross area of approx. 53,560 m³. The estimated costs of the cost groups 200-600 are approximately 68,226,629 EUR gross. Deadlines to be preserved: Construction of the new building approx.: 02/2026, construction end approx.: 03/2029
