Description:
The engineering performance according to §§ 53 ff. HOAI include the electotives [electrical installation, IT expansion, safety lighting, loudspeaker system and internal fire alarm system (house alarm)] for the two-storey new building. The new building is over two with 4 classrooms (approx. 70.00 m2 each) Floor planned with a gross floor area of around 776 m2. These also include toilet facilities as well as some technology and storage rooms. All rooms are accessible, the upper floor can be reached in addition to the existing staircase via a built -in elevator.
