Description:
The engineering performance according to §§ 53 ff. HOAI include the electrical engineering systems [electrical installation, IT expansion, safety lighting, loudspeaker system and internal fire alarm system (house alarm)] for the construction of a new two-storey teaching building. A PV system is on the roof of the buildinginstalled. The power supply and the network are connected via the existing building. The loudspeaker system of the existing building must be expanded in the new building. The new building is with 6 classrooms (approx. 75.00 m2 each) over two floors with a gross floor area of around 900 m2planned. These also include toilet facilities as well as some technology and storage rooms. All rooms are accessible, the upper floor can be reached in addition to the existing staircase via a built -in elevator.
