Engineering performance sustainability certification (BNB)
For the above mentioned above Construction projects are aimed at full use of the BNB with certification. The certificate must be completed with "silver". The Conformity is carried out on the basis of a complete application of the BNB. It is a sustainability concept based on the BNB certification system 2015/ Guideline to create sustainable construction in the current version. The performance of the AN includes all the necessary services for ensuring the planned certification, in particular advice, coordination, examination and documentation of all those involved in the project as well as the client, users and measures. Furthermore, this should participate in the setting of the goals, cost planning and the project appointment plan. It will be one Commissioning starts with the preliminary planning, which accompanies the complete planning phases in close consultation with the architects and specialist planners.
