Description:
The engineering performance according to §§ 53 ff. HOAI includes the electrical engineering systems [electrical installation, IT expansion, safety lighting, loudspeaker system and internal fire alarm system (house alarm)] for the expansion of the existing cafeteria and the cultivation of two OGS rooms. On the roof of the extensiona PV system is installed. The power supply and the network are connected from the existing building. The expansion of the cafeteria including the kitchen and adjoining rooms is planned with a gross floor area of around 262 m2. This also includes delivery, preparation, dishwashing kitchen,Output, storage room, personnel room and a toilet system for the staff. The cafeteria and all adjoining rooms are accessible. The two-storey cultivation consisting of two OGS rooms (approx. 75.00 m2 each) should be a direct connection in the form of a jetty and a staircase with oneHave an elevator to the school building. This is planned with a gross area of around 275 m2. The OGS rooms and all other classrooms will be accessible in the future. In accordance with the latest standards and in view of the climate neutrality sought in viewto be observed according to KFW40, the construction is built completely in wooden frame construction and the roof structure in accordance with the requirements of the city of Castrop-Rauxel is carried out with a green roof with photovoltaic elements.
