Information technology center BUND Service Stuttgart, energetic renovation EGB 55, engineering services according to part 4 Section 1 HOAI 2021.
The building Ostendstrasse 1 in Stuttgart consists of an L-shaped old building (over 100 years old) and a 2-storey extension from the 1950s and 1990s.The extension is expected to be demolished and replaced by a new building. The old building is renovated energetically (EGB55). The vacant attic is expanded for office use and supplemented by an escape staircase.2021
The building Itz Bund, Ostendstr. 1, 70190 Stuttgart is to be renovated energetically as part of the energy efficiency of 03/2022 on the standard EGB 55. The previously unused area in the attic is expanded into office space.
The uninsulated inventory roof must be insulated accordinglybecome. The existing dormers in the roof must be expanded and enlarged in order to achieve the necessary exposure according to the workplace directive. It should be checked whether these conversions can be implemented statically in the building or whether additional measures must be taken.
By expanding theAt the top floor of lounges, the need for a 2nd ambulance from this floor arises. For this purpose, an escape staircase is to be built on the east side of the building. This escape staircase must be static.
