Description:
Alb-Kaserne, Hardtstrasse 58, 72510 Stetten a.k.M., P7, raising the roof of the Inst.Halle, engineering services in accordance with Part 4 Section 1 HOAI 2021, at the Bundeswehr site Alb-Kaserne in Stetten a.k.M. The P7 repair hall will be adapted to be future-proof. The hall will be raised and will have new crane tracks. The The attached office, storage and sanitary areas will be expanded and the existing rooms will be fundamentally renovated. The measure will be carried out in three construction phases, which will all be awarded together and are part of this tender.
The intention is to commission Specialist planning services in cost groups 300 according to Part 4, Section 1 of the HOAI 2021, taking KGR 400 into account.
Inventory, preliminary work for draft and approval planning (EBU), execution and detailed planning of the supporting structure in close collaboration with the other specialist planners.
All for Execution of necessary drawings and components must be detailed and coordinated with the other specialist planners. All details necessary for the tenders must be ready and planned by the time the tender is drawn up by the architect.
The static documents are on time must be submitted to the structural engineer for inspection and approval before the start of execution, but at least 4 months before the start of execution.
Due to the complexity of the measure, it is assumed that an experienced and competent construction manager is regularly on site:
