In connection with this procedure, the basic services shouldThe service phases 1 to 6 according to HOAI and special services of performance phases 1, 3, 4 and 8 are assigned gradually.
Weingarten, Kirchplatz 16 - Refurbishment and conversion Economic buildings to the Mensaria Overall renovation Economic building (built in 1710) as part of the former castle and monastery facilityMartinsberg in Weingarten. The premises are largely used by the Weingarten University of Education. The operator is the Studierendenwerk Seezeit. The measure includes the repair and restoration of the entire building including building technology. The building willintercepted statically in foundation areas. Both the existing wooden construction and the roof structure are canceled and replaced. The university operation is continued during the construction work.
The building costs (kg 300 - 400) are approx. 8,430,000 euros gross.
The construction implementation is from11/2027 to 05/2030 planned.
